What it’s for
A veterinary‑strength, topical solution that controls and treats fur, ear, and mange mites, plus lice, in small animals.

Use and prevention guidance

Primary use: Treat infested animals as directed below.

Prevention / reinfection control: Also suitable for reducing the chance of introducing mites or lice into your household or colony.

Recommended to treat any new animals before introducing them to your existing pets or breeding stock, and after close contact with animals from outside your group.

How to apply

Unscrew the white cap.

Gently squeeze the dropper to place the required number of drops onto the skin between the shoulder blades, covering as much skin as possible.

Contraindications and precautions

Storage and shelf life

Store at no greater than 25°C.

Once opened, use within 3 months.

Dispose of empty packaging and any remaining product in household refuse.

If signs of disease persist beyond 7 days or reappear, seek veterinary advice.

Do not use on animals other than those indicated.

Serious reactions, including deaths, have been reported in dogs—especially Collies, Old English Sheepdogs, and related breeds—as well as in tortoises and turtles treated with ivermectin products.

2. Placing an Order

You can place an order online through our website at any time.

Once your order is submitted and payment confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email — this marks the completion of our contract with you.

Orders are accepted subject to stock availability and successful payment authorization.

If we cannot accept your order (for example, because an item is out of stock or incorrectly priced), we’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer a refund or alternative.
3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure Shopify payment system.

If a pricing error occurs, we’ll notify you before processing your order. You may then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

There is no minimum order value.

Discount codes or vouchers are valid only within their stated time period and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Delivery

We deliver throughout the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).

Delivery usually takes 1–4 working days for in-stock items, but please allow up to 14 working days.

If an item is made to order or shipped directly from the manufacturer, delivery may take longer. We’ll let you know if there’s any delay.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout and depend on the size and weight of your order.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. We cannot be responsible for loss or delay due to incorrect addresses.

If you are not home, the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place if you have requested this. However, risk of loss passes to you only once the goods are delivered to you or your nominated place.
If delivery fails and the parcel is returned to us, we may charge the cost of re-delivery.
5. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of goods passes to you once we have received full payment.

Responsibility for goods passes to you once they are safely delivered to your address or nominated recipient.

Until that point, all risk remains with My Rabbit Stuff.
6. Out-of-Stock or Discontinued Items
If an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you within 24 hours of your order.
You may then choose to:

wait for restock,

accept a suitable alternative (if available), or
-
cancel and receive a full refund.
We do not substitute items without your consent.
7. Returns and Cancellations (Change of Mind)
If you’ve changed your mind, you have a legal right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Your rights:

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To cancel, email us with your name, order number, and details of the item(s).

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Refunds:

We’ll refund the full cost of the item(s) but not the original delivery cost.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are made via Shopify once the items are received and inspected.

Perishable items (e.g., food)

Items which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened or used (e.g., harnesses, bedding, toys used by pets)
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
We check all items before dispatch, but if something arrives faulty or damaged:

Please contact us within 30 days of receipt with a photo and description.

We’ll offer a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the issue.

If a return is needed, we’ll cover the cost of return postage or arrange a free collection.
If an item develops a fault after 30 days but within 6 months, it may still be covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us and we’ll help arrange a suitable solution.
9. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour:

Contact us within 28 days of dispatch.

Items must be unused and in resaleable condition.

You’ll pay return postage and the cost of sending the new item.
10. Custom-Made or Special-Order Products
Some items are made to order or sent directly from the manufacturer. These will be clearly marked on our website.
Once production or dispatch has begun, custom-made orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless faulty.
11. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us:

Royal Mail deliveries may take up to 15 working days,

Courier deliveries up to 7 working days.
We’ll investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect delivery addresses or where you have instructed the parcel to be left in a “safe place”.

Always supervise your rabbit or pet when using toys, treats, or other accessories.

Remove any item that becomes damaged or worn.

Most products are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us — we’ll liaise with the manufacturer to arrange a repair or replacement where applicable.
