We know how important it is to get your items to you efficiently and as cost effectively too; our delivery rates start from just £6 with tracking. With free delivery on many orders.

Orders under 5kg and over £45 will be delivered free to mainland UK

Free Delivery on the below orders** to mainland UK.
Orders over £45 and under 5kg, orders over £70 and under 25kg, orders over £120 and under 50kg, order over £160 and under 75kg  are all delivered free of charge.
Orders not covered under the above will have a, subsided delivery charge added; this is so we can keep our product prices as low as possible. 

ORDERS CAN NOT EXCEED 75KG. IF ORDERING A BULK DELIVERY YOU MAY HAVE TO PLACE THIS AS TWO ORDERS.

Delivery charges are automatically calculated on the *volumetric weight of your entire order during the checkout process, this work on your postal area. There is a delivery calculator for your convenience, the website will also advise you on how much more you need to spend to qualify for free shipping.  

We find by charging a small delivery charge on bulky or big orders we can keep our product prices down. So, you are only paying per box rather than per item for delivery. We are very good at packing boxes and will get as much into one box as possible for you.

Orders are dispatched by either tracked Royalmail or Evri for small items or by  DHL couriers for everything else. DHL offer a next day delivery service, with an hour window and the option of changing the delivery day and a safe place request, with very good tracking online.

We always aim to dispatch your order within a few days (week days), but please bear in mind if ordering hays and grasses –these are not pre-packed and will require packing- we pack these to order to ensure that our hays reach you as fresh as possible. Delivery may be a little longer during busy periods. We will keep you up to date via email. Please add us to your safe list or check your spam box if you have placed an order and not had an email confirmation from us.

A Saturday delivery service to the mainland UK is available but will incur a surcharge.

A & B Zone 1 England & parts of Scotland Orders over £70 and under 25kg are free of charge.
